LOOK Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The LOOK Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by The Makeup Refinery, Los Angeles, California ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 6, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Complete the entry form at themakeuprefinerycourses.mykajabi.com/look-giveaway with your first name, email address and Instagram handle, and confirm agreement to these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entrants who submit the form will be added to Sponsor's email list and may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 9, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at random.

6. Prize

One (1) recorded video review by Sponsor of a single prosthetic makeup paint job completed by the winner, delivered online. The winner will be asked to supply photographs of their work for the review. Approximate retail value: $197. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is available.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Use of Work and Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to view the submitted photographs for the purpose of creating the review. Sponsor will not publish the winner's photographs or the review without the winner's separate written consent. Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and Instagram handle.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned. Entrants agree to release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Instagram and Meta

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and to send email communications from Sponsor, from which entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
